Ok, I know this isn't AIBU.. but seriously.. those pictures are hysterical! Would you ever go for someone when they post just pictures of them in their pants?!

I got a lovely message from a hairychestedone..something - including pics of said hairy chest in his drawers... Delete.

Lucee - that's lovely!

Horribly, he's really very very nice, it's just not for me. Not my type, too geekish if that makes sense. He's lovely, just.. no...

Juanners... great! Because married men are what you are looking for. Hmm

Well last night had our second date. Went to his, he cooked, cuddled up with a DVD, had hmm 200 kisses maybe and he walked me home at 2am. He's amazing and can't wait to see him again on Wednesday :)

Queen- how did you get on ? Details!

JaquiChan · 19/11/2010 15:23

lucee, I think it's too soon as well, not matter how long you have been emailing/texting/talking him, his flatmate and gf are strangers to you. I would just err on the side of caution for a while. Surely if it's a second date he would want you all to himself to get to know you better.

luceeloo · 19/11/2010 12:13

Sorry not just the two of us, his flat mate and gf will be there too

QueenandKingMum · 19/11/2010 10:13

Agreed here too lucee, you just never know do you? I'd wait if you can until you know him a bit better and meet some friends/family?

I'm sure he will understand!

Imo, that is way too soon to be going to his house. There's no reason he can't take you out to dinner and tbh, though I may be overcautious, it would ring alarm bells for me that he wanted to get you alone so quickly. Even though I met my dp on the internet, we still kept it in public for the first 2 or 3 weeks, after I met his friends I was more than happy to have him to my house (because I hadn't a babysitter, and also I felt 'safer' in my own home iyswim).

Is it too much too soon to go to his place on Saturday (2min drive from me literally) for dinner? Baring in mind first date was just yesterday...I haven't dated anyone for nearly 4years. What's standard etiquette here?!

Yes, suppose it's worth a go! And I need to get out...

Thought about skirt, calf length boots (flats), flattering top/cardi and light make up.

That's dressy for me, so don't want to go over board!

Go for it on Saturday. He may turn out to be loads better than school-gate-dad. What you gonna wear?!

Have namechanged (poster above) as I realised I've got a local friend on MN. Hopefully they will be deleting that for me, ASAP (please please). I'm a moron.
