Hello all. Just found an old thread from someone @scaredysquirrel I think, asking for advice about returning to private practice from an inhouse role.
Lots of people chipped in with advice, with some people saying it would mean a return to a long hours culture, no flexibility etc.
Think it was over a year ago (shame) but if anyone out there is in that position, please do check out the Reignite Academy. We are opening doors for people to return to private practice and we're doing a lot of work to encourage firms to offer four days a week, agile working etc. And most of them are responding very positively. Times are changing. Albeit slowly
