Agnus castus & Choline Inostol

Hello everyone! I'm new to this website. I just wanted to know if anyone knew if you could take Agnus castus and & Inositol at the same time? I have pcos with long cycles and TTC! Hmm

I would refrain from self medicating with AC as this can make any underlying hormonal imbalance worse. If you really do want to take AC then I would seek out the advice of a properly qualified medical herbalist re dosage.

Have you as yet sought medical treatment with regards to PCOS?.

I've read so many forums and everyone raves about Agnus castus! Why would it make things worse? Have you had experience with this?
