Reasonably priced acupuncture recommendations - South London

Hello,

Just had a failed ivf round. Got some frosties and think I should give acupuncture a whirl on next attempt.

I was recommended Emma Cannon but balked at the prices as I'm having to fund ivf myself. Just wondering if anyone out there had any other more reasonable suggestions that had been successful for themselves.

Many thanks x

I would recommend the Conceive Clinic in East Dulwich, run by Claire Battersby. I have been treated by Claire, as well as her colleagues, Mariana and Rahul. I would recommend them all equally. See //www.conceive.org.uk.

I used Claire Battersby at the natural health centre / shop on Lordship Lane, East Dulwich. Was a few years ago now but I'm sure she's still there.

Thanks everyone. Spoken to Judi on the phone and she seems lovely. Also said she has 75% success rate within 6 months. That's pretty impressive.

I saw Cristina Goldini and she was lovely. I also saw Emma Campbell who was also great. She works from home in New Cross or out of rooms in Covent Garden. Emma usually stays with you for most of your session. Cristina usually leaves for some of the time to work with other patients. They were both very nice and supportive though.

Nick is in Battersea (and Balham I think) and he is great... reasonably priced and specialises in IVF acupuncture. Your get 20% off your first visit if you see him in Battersea www.fairleewell.co.uk/therapists/nick-johnson/#.VFtJvF58LFo

Hi. I've come across a lady called Judi Holt. Seems nice and had good success stories.

I went to the acupuncture clinic on Harley Street. It worked as I was having treatment at the ARGC round the corner, but I thoroughly recommend them.

Hi there,

I'm seeing a lady who has worked on Harley Street before. She now works in Clapham on Tuesdays and in her own place in Wallington the rest of the week. I have only had three treatments so far so not sure how effective it will be but I find my lady very helpful and she has plenty of success stories to talk about.

Let me know if you want to know more, and good luck.

Hi,

There are some great Acupuncturist in South London, I would suggest Christina Goldoni ( 020 8742 7423) as she is well known for helping with IVF support.

Have a look at my blog for some additional support and articles on Chinese Medicine and Acupucnture and how they can help, the success rates are very good.

I wish you great luck in conceiving, its only the first step on a wonderful journey.
