Thank you so much, we're both really happy. It's been a long time coming. Enjoy your Christmas and look toward the new year. I think thats the only thing you can do to keep you going.

You seem much perkier today, I'm pleased to see.

Well I actually got my BFP! Very early days so I'm just taking it one day at a time. Have been too scared to tell everyone on mumsnet! Found out last Tuesday.

Well it's 14 days past iui and it's a bfn. :( im so depressed, I really wanted to start the year on a positive note and not knowing that it's going to be full of more fertility treatment. Sometimes I just don't know how much more of trying for a baby I can take :(

Sorry for the rant! Keep me posted, I've got my fingers crossed for you x

Good luck!! I have everything crossed for you. I'm trying to be positive about it all and stay de stressed, it worked last time so no reason it can't work again! I've only got 4 days left to find out if it has worked, if not I will until after Christmas to do my last round of iui.

It's definitely our time now twinkle-we have waited long enough!!! Keep me posted x

Hi twinkle,

I just responded to you on the other thread to! How are getting along? I was thinking of you the other day.

Out iui worked first time (couldn't actually believe it as we have poor morphology and poor count that day) I was so over the moon but then went in for 6 week scan and they don't think it's developed properly so have had to wait two weeks to go back for another scan, it's been a hideous 2 weeks but I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that everything looks better.

I hope you are ok :) xx

Thx.

Some one else recommended zinc, vit c and co-enzyme q10. Don't know if oh will agree to taking all these different tablets when the docs said the wellman conception tablet was all he needed...

Happilymarried155 · 30/07/2013 18:24

Worth a try, think dh was taking two 60mg tablets per day x

He has been taking the wellman conception vitamins and then pcynegol (I can't remember the exact spelling but the pine bark stuff. He hasn't altered his lifestyle though, in fact his best SA results came after a few stag do's and a wedding so lots of alcohol had been consumed! X

In a few weeks. Going to continue being healthy and no alco apart from maybe a few when I'm on hols next weekend.

Did your oh take any supplements to get his results to improve?

Happilymarried155 · 30/07/2013 12:38

Yep! But I try not to think about it or it would make me really mad! When do you see your consultant next? X

It so sad isn't it to think that some people get pregnant by having sex in an alleyway and we're doing all this.

Report
Happilymarried155 · 30/07/2013 07:41

His results are not not to bad morph gone up to 4% but mobility and count are very good.
That's exactly the way I've thought lately, I've tried everything and I honestly don't think that having a couple of glasses of wine a week or eating organic pulses is going to make that much difference! I've come to realise this is something that I don't have control over (much to my absolute announce!) and I just need to accept whatever is coming, try not to let it get my down and believe that one day it WILL be my turn!

Thanks twinkle I will keep you posted, let me know how you get on at your next doctors appointment. X

Thx happily. It's very shocking and upsetting but I have to keep going. Get one more go with my frozen embryo, just waiting to speak to the docs about it.

Good luck with your iui and keep me posted.

Did your OHs results improve? We're looking at going healthier but FFS I don't know what more we can do without life being totally boring and all about babies.
