Although I'm a little shocked by

QoQ - that is what I thought when they said it on the radio. Surely if it was a bomb, then throwing it from a window could have made it go off??? Unless it was a safe area they threw it into???

ditto - thought that a bit odd, perhaps they felt it would be better going off outside than in a confined space. But to throw it out the window seems rash! Guess they know what they are doing.
