I am trying to buy tickets for 4 x over 10 year olds for 2 days in August. The Disney site seems to only allow me to buy a 7 day ticket which I don't need. Is that my only option?

It's like a different language when I google it - I just want to stay in Disney's Beach Club for 2 nights, visit Galaxy's Edge and visit Epcot. Am I missing some idiot's guide somewhere? is there someone who will take pity on me and help?!

We have always bought on the gate and I looked today, they’re $770 odd for 10 days, no park hopping. Anyway next time I go I’ll be going to Attraction tickets, they’re £780 for 14 for the price of 7 days at Disney, days at Universal (2 I think ) and includes water parks. Amazing value that is !

Roll on October 23 🥳

You can buy tickets from the US version of the Disney website - download a Us vpn onto your browser and you will see the 1 day/2day options. This is what I did to visit Magic Kingdom and Epcot

i have bought 2 day hoppers in the past at the gate as easiest option compated to trying to buy a 2 day pass via a US site. (did all 4 parks in those 2 days)

Now hopping is only after 2pm anyway.

but yes, now you also need to reserve which park in advance too. which is fine as you'd also want to book food at popular places anyway.

@zafferana as I said you just cant at the moment risk it - the next 3 days are ok but next week has various parks out - next Friday being the worst with only Animal Kingdom available.

August could have no parks available on some days (Christmas and Spring break certainly did). And they will start I think to get booked up around July time as US tourists start to book in.

Undercover Tourist are really good (used before) and offer good prices and discounts. All you need to know is the exact dates you are going in order to utilise.

@VeronicaVanHoopen do you have the Beach Club already booked in and the dates you want?

Disney post COVID is certainly not the same as it was before (sadly)

If you just want 2 days OP, Google the price of 1-day tickets bought on the gate and see if it makes financial sense to just do that. Almost everyone buys their passes in advance and goes for multi-day options, so the ticket counters don't tend to be busy.

You can buy day tickets once you are there and as far as I remember it let's you in to all the parks.

You can - but the current park booking system means that parks are often not available to buy on the day anymore - June already has quite a few parks not available.

And it is more expensive! Covid changed quite a few things (and not always for the better)

@VeronicaVanHoopen you will need to once you get tickets link on MDE and book in park days as well.

The UK based Disney site only offers 7 day tickets (because they try/assume that the UK based tourists go over for a week plus).

Undercover Tourist www.undercovertourist.com/orlando/walt-disney-world-resort/ will buy you what you want (it is in dollars though)

You will need to sign up to My Disney Experience though and link through the tickets.

Also Disney can be funny about 2 nights stays via the hotel booking system -
dvcrentalstore.com/ may well be able to get you a better room for less if it is still available
