Hi everyone,
So I'm travelling to Germany from the UK next month and the airline just cancelled my flight.
My only alternative seems to be to fly into Amsterdam and catch a train to continue my journey.
Anyone who has ever travelled by rail on the mainland will know that, unless you're a millionaire, you need to book your train tickets in advance, but I have no idea how long it will take to get through passport control/covid checks at Schiphol, so I don't know how much time to allow.
Has anyone done it recently who would maybe be so kind as to let me know (approx.) how long it took?
Just DH(British passport) and I - both fully vaccinated. We'll be landing early afternoon.
