What would you pack in case you get Covid abroad & had to hotel quarrantine

If you were vaccinated so hospitalisation unlikely but you got stuck abroad and have to quarrantine in a foreign hotel before being allowed home. Working in the (ever hopeful) hope that if one prepares it would not be needed...

Pharmacist suggested
paracetamol
dry cough linctus

I'v also thought of:
-ibuprofen

  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin C
  • easy stuff to do (books/films downloaded)
  • extra underwear

-extra nightwear.

Anything else anyone would suggest? I was thinking maybe chocolate or snacks or is that stupid?

I'm going to S. America for work so it is unlikely that anything you might find easily at Boots would be available at a hotel so I'm really trying to prepare.

Any advice from anyone whose done a hotel quarantine?

I am away at the moment ( just had nbeg tests fro our imminent return) but had taken planning for this quite seriously. I brought paracetamol and nurofen, for adults and kids, additional vitamins, additional personal daily meds ( enough for another 14 days) extra contact lenses, power bank, laptop, extra sweets and snacks, a couple of magazines, word search book , travel games, playing cards. Charger for toothbrush.

I figured better too much than too little!

Hope it works out for you.
