European Sun holiday with toddler

Looking to book a sunshine holiday for 2020 for me, DH and DC (age 2.5).

Criteria:

1 excellent child care - eg crèche or kids club that takes children this age. An evening crèche would be a huge bonus.

2 pools suitable for young kids eg a splash park or small pool with small slides for young kids.

3 no more than 5 hours flight time from the UK.

Any suggestions?! Thanks!

I'd look at Tui Family Life or sensatori, First Choice Holiday Village for hotels with childcare.
