Mners living in Italy - can you tell me if the stikes on Friday are going to leave me and the dds stuck???

We're in Sorrento at the moment and have booked with Trentalia to travel to Rome on Friday however I see on the news that there will be strikes on Friday. Can anyone enlighten me about whether we are likely to find ourselves high and dry on Friday (i.e. stuck in Sorrento having to find a night at a hotel somewhere) or will things vaguely keep moving?
