Hi, pretty sure soft play is free but no idea about crèche sorry!

The hotel reception is huge, with an area dedicated to excursions and car hire!

Hi, do you know how much creche is and also if soft play is free? Can the hotel arrange excursions and car hire?

Then yes! We went in May. The resort of Bahia Feliz is small. Tiny even and opposite the hotel is the 'town centre' is which is a small town square with restaurants all around, a couple of shops, mini supermarket and a chemist a bit further up. The restaurants here are really nice.

I assume you mean 'las pitas' apartments which are part of the complex alongside the main hotel orquedia and playa Feliz apartments which are on the other side (main hotel in the middle). The pools in the main part of the hotel are large and there is a splash pool. For a quieter afternoon there is also a large pool if you go through to the Play Feliz apartments so obvs plenty of sunny play areas. The kids club is good and you can choose from mornings or afternoons and my little boy who was then 5 really enjoyed it.

There is the main large self serve restaurant in the hotel and then there is a tapas restaurant (gorgeous) and a restaurant called the taverna which was also good!

Entertainment is incredibly child centric and follows the main Spanish hotel kids entertainment of mini disco then a cabaret type thing which was funny because it was quite naff but the kids loved it! There is also more adult entertainment next to the taverna.

I can post a few pics if you'd like?

We went in May, it was relatively busy but I can only expect in July it would be very busy but that can be expected at any good Spanish hotel in peak season.

You will need a taxi if you want to go further a field.

We went to Magic Robin Hood in Altea in October which also another very child centric resort and wasn't a patch on the orquidia.

I can post you a few pics if you'd like?

I went last year! What sort of thing are you looking for? Also what expectations do you want from a resort?
