Travel to and food in Hong Kong and Malaysia

Hi
I am travelling to Hong Kong and Malaysia with dh and ds (18 months old) in March. Have read (and tried to digest) long haul travel tips (oh god), but would also like some advice re: feeding in these countries. Can anyone help with advice re: availability of fresh milk? foods to look out for/avoid? He is generally not too fussy but... All suggestions gratefully received.

I've not been to Malaysia but have been living in Indonesia recently. Absolutely everything you want/need for a baby is available there so I would think the same applies to M. We didn't like the fresh milk, too sweet for our tastes so we used UHT milk from Australia - there are several brands. There are loads of dried milks to choose from, too. There are plenty of expats in KL and Penang, which should guarantee a good cross section of foodstuffs.

To Penang and KL. I had thought the same having travelled to KL before pre-children but have read that fresh milk is not widely available (Lonely Planet). Has anyone been to these destinations and/or Hong recently who can put my mind at rest - my practical head says boosykate is right but my worry head says can anyone confirm for sure?

where abouts are you travelling in malaysia? if you are in kl or any of the big cities i'm sure you would be absolutely fine for milk or anything else you might need.
