Severe back pain :(

I got up this morning and was absolutely fine but walking down the hallway I had really sudden back pain and felt like my legs were going to collapse under me. Since then I've been in bed and the pain subsides when lying down, but I just tried to walk again, it's agony and I could barely lift my right leg off the floor. It feels better if I lean over and support my weight on my arms, i.e. on the banister or a piece of furniture. I can also crawl ok. I've got a 14 week old ebf baby and a 2.5yr old, so it's a bit of a disaster. Should I go to A&E / urgent care if I'm struggling to walk? Won't be able to get a gp appointment until tomorrow now. Thanks.

Sooo much better thank you! Ended up with a diclofenac sodium suppository Shock from urgent care and it really helped. Must have just pulled a muscle, still a bit twingey but can move nearly normally. Thanks!

It could be a bulging/slipped disk. I would go to urgent care because you need specialist advice on what you can take while bf and you don't want to damage nerves. Can you wee ok?
