Morn, not had a great weekend I get really bad pmt it's like depression :( I feel horrible can't sleep v well, tearful then it will go for another month. Has anyone got any advice I was even thinking I might need short course of antidepressant, but I'm not too keen, any help would be great thanks xx

Which pill were you on as I know there are loads of different ones. Thanks

I know everybody is different, but in my case, I had blow ups with PMT, and very painful periods, which was all cured by going on the Pill.
