Msn problem

We keep "losing" msn,click on the icon & nothing happens. I uninstall it & download again. Up until now this has worked but I can't get it to work today. any ideas?

The whole application doesn't come on. It always used to come up with the little picture of who had last be on with a drop down box saying "sign in as". Now nothing happens, the hourglass thing flashes on when I click on the msn icon, but nothing happens. I think it's version8

When you say losing, do you mean the whole application doesn't come on, or does it not log you in? Also, which version do you have?
