Please can you help me access a Bluetooth file on my blinking phone?

SOmeone said they'd give me the details of a massage therapist they use...she then "sent" the details or shared them with me....I don't have her number and she must have used bluetooth as there's now a thing on my screen that says "Received list from bluetooth" but I can't open it!

Gah! I might not see her for weeks. It's just a blank square with "recieved list from Bluetooth" at the top...and a little cross to shut it. If I shut it it looks like a little file.

I googled what it meant but everything that came up was phone specific. What phone is it? Have you got an instruction booklet?

I did look yes...all it says is Bluetooth with a box which I ticked...nothing happened...and a thing that says "Device name" with an option to change that and a thing saying "Discoverable* which when I ticked, counts down saying "discoverable for x seconds" but nothing happens.

Have you looked at your Bluetooth status in 'settings' might be a clue in there otherwise try google. There's usually an answer to most things on there.
