Urgent - how can I cook minute steaks so my toddlers will love them?

after marinating, frying and then serving in a roll with their juices as a steak sandwich with fried onions works well

mine like them tender (try bashing with a meat tenderiser, and marinating for at least an hour in red wine + worcester sauce) and still bleeding

I cook them briefly, still medium as then tender for the dc, cut into strips and serve with sliced cucumber, grated carrot and wraps
