There's a gorgeous pear, almond and ginger chocolate cobbler recipe on Sainsbury's magazine website, done it numerous times and it is divine.

The first one you've linked to is the one I use. It is so lovely. I've never added the optional sour cherries, though.

There is an excellent one on the daily mail website. Sorry but I don't know how to do a link, but it is easy to Google. I've used that recipe loads - it is fab.
