Dwarf gourami - pink near gill

I’ll be so grateful if someone can help. We got a tank 2 months ago. Friendly tropical fish - guppies, platys, danios and 2 dwarf gouramis. Noticed a bit of redness on the female dwarf gourami. From yesterday to today, she’s gotten really sore and I can now see the male platy and the male gourami getting quite aggressive with her.
I’ve attached a picture. Could anyone help if that’s a bite or an infection. And in either case, can I do anything to help it?
Thanks!

It looks like she's been attacked. But I'm no expert. But is there anyway you can set another tank up for her? Sorry OP she's not a well looking fish from your photo. The other option is an infection has made her week which is why the other fish have gone for her, either which way, I think she needs to be isolated from the other fish. Anyway you could do a make shift divider if you can't set up a quarantine tank?

Thanks firedragon we’re having a long debate at home whether to isolate her in another tub with water from the fish tank. For me it’s becoming more personal and a strong feminist issue because all the males are attacking her. I know - feels stupid doesn’t it :) DH feels isolating her is worse 🙄
