mental load & self service portals

anyone else feeling the strain?

I feel like my brain is about to explode.
energy company
phone companies
children's school
council
work's hr
bank
internet provider
etc...

I feel it's pushing their duties on the customer. adding to my mental load. all those different apps different passwords...

the only app I have is the credit card, I have nothing to do with the internet and phone company they are paid DD and send the odd letter, my mobile phone is PAYG, I have gas and electric from one company they email me, I log in and pay, I login to the council page to pay council tax if I forget they send me a threatening letter and then I just pay. I dont work, I kick up stink in branch if I need anything from the bank, they are holding my money if they want it they can provide services or I will take my money elsewhere, the water rates I also have nothing to do with and are paid by DD. the school has my email and phone number if they want anything.

in addition it is really difficult for those with additional needs. or queries that can't be answered by bots.
