Jeans are too tight!

Could I lose 10 pounds in 10 day doing the Fast 800? Or meal replacements?

I have seen big losses in the first weeks of a strict diet. I have over 3 stones to lose so I'm not starting skinny.

Alternatively, instead of risking doing something unsustainable and ending up throwing the towel in, you could do slow and sustained. Lose 4/5 lbs over the 10 days then continue to lose a couple of pounds a week until at target. That way you still get a nice Christmas, don’t risk all the weight piling back on as soon as you pop a roast potato in your mouth, and won’t end up miserable and back in the same boat.

I could. But I thought the short, sharp shock might stop me overindulging during my Christmas break. I would not want to try to undo my good work...

I always thought that too, but then ended up stuffing my face because ‘hang it, I’ve ruin it now by eating one…I may as well eat the box’ 😂

I’ve lost, and kept off, just over 3&1/2 stone. Working out my TDEE, reducing the calorie total by 20% to get a calorie target for weight loss, and tracking on My Fitness Pal has been life changing.

Depending on how overweight you are, yes on Fast800 you could lose 10lbs in 10 days.
Harder if you're already 'normal weight', easier if you're clinically overweight or obese.
