Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else does 20:4.
It would be great to know which times you find easier to eat. I’m currently braking roast between 3-7pm but I end up doing more of a 22:2 fast.
It would be great to get some more tips.
Thanks Smile

I meant to add that I do 3-7pm too as it works well with my working hours.
I also only have water and black coffee in my fasting hours.
I wish I'd measured myself as I've lost a stone since dec but have lost loads of inches so it looks like I've lost more than a stone.

Hi,I am doing 20:4. Sometimes longer and sometimes shorter!

I basically eat a 3 course meal over the time.
A good book is Delay don't Deny which is a refreshing read compared to most books about Fasting.

I did 18:6. So had lunch some time between 12 and 1 and then tea 5-6. I'm never hungry in the morning so this came naturally, although I didn't notice any weight loss either.

I've now switched to a low carb, high fat diet and that's totally boosted my weight loss and I've also moved to 23:1 as that one meal keeps me totally satisfied. I started it by accident after I got forgot to take my lunch to work, realised I wasn't actually hungry at 12 so just went through til 5.30. I think the important thing is just to listen to your body and see what works for you. Good luck!
