Cerezette mini pill

Hello

I was on the mini pill for 5 years and I came off it in December(8 months ago). My withdrawals symptoms were awful (shaky, panicky, over emotional, cramps) they’ve settled down a bit but my irritability and panic attacks haven’t at all. Is this normal are my hormones still balancing out? I have 28 day cycle and 4 day periods. Please help!

Hi I was on desogestrel for 5 months. I believe this has actually given me anxiety and bad panic attacks. Never had one before taking it. Did you experience this? Iv been off it 8 days now and I'm still anxious and panic, horrible headaches every day, no period and I feel so sick I cannot eat. I think desogestrel is the same as cerezette. Are
you feeling any better now. Can I ask what contraception you are on now and did you have side effects in the time you took this.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you
