I have been off the pill for over a year and a half and lost a baby last Feb. We have been trying since and have had irregular periods up until the last few months where they have become regular. Now my period is 7 days late. I now have very light bleeding/spotting only when I wipe (sorry if tmi!). I'm nervous to test too soon and be disappointed, could I be pregnant or is my period just light and late?
