Anyone having issues listing on EBay?

I’m finding the process long and tricky - has something changed? Adding photos you seem to have to ‘apply’ and confirm ‘done’ after every action ie crop, rotate etc. Before you could do everything, then confirm. Also, when I go to actually list the item, it asks ‘promote listing?’ to which I answer no, but it freezes and will not let me move on. I’m tempted to press ‘promote’ just to see what happens but don’t want to pay extra! Customer help seems unavailable - no progression allowed at all beyond FAQs. The only way I have managed to list anything is to switch off the phone or iPad when it freezes, and somehow the item
does list. It is a slow and frustrating process though! I am
using the EBay app btw. Any advice
