Hello, We're new here, me & my wife are beginning tracking her ovulation ahead of "TTC"

Which are most user friendly, Clearblue smiley tests or the premom app ones?

We won't be tracking BBT until after a few months of failed attempts.

Clearblue 100%. And do them twice a day around when you're due to ovulate, so you don't miss it, then (I think) IUI the day after you get the smiley face. Good luck!

I used clearblue smileys once a day, combined with internet cheapies which I'd use in the evening too, and BBT as well.

I know you said you weren't going to do BBT just yet, but two things just in case they're helpful: one, it took me a while to get into the routine of doing BBT so if you do start it later on, bear in mind the initial data may be a bit spotty; and two, OPKs tell you you're likely to ovulate soon but BBT is really the only (at home) way to know if you actually did, and when that happened in relation to your LH surge. For me, I definitely ovulated sooner after my surge than average so it was really useful information to have.
