H and I have been separated for over 2 and a half years but for the first 2 years we lived in the same house. It would be easiest to divorce on the ground of 2 year separation. I have been searching the web trying to find out if we need to provide proof that we were separated while living in the same house and if so how, I have not had any luck so I am hoping someone on here may be able to help.
Things could be complicated by the fact that though we each paid some bills from the account we were each using, H used our old joint account which still remained in both our names though I never touched it. We had separate rooms and cooked separately and he did his own washing but I don't see how we can prove that!
It is an amicable split so there is no problem with H disagreeing with anything I put, in fact we will probably fill out the paperwork together
Will be very grateful if anyone can help.
