Thought I'd update...
Various members of neighbours household now have bad coughs... I can hear them coughing away.

It sounded like they had another party last night...! Shock

Some people in my area were planning a street disco in their front gardens for 8pm today.

Don’t feel bad. Why are they having a party on a Thursday night anyway? Lots of people are still actually working. It’s not one long holiday...

You did the right thing. Ask anyone with a family member in ITU

Ok I've called 101. Eek. Feel really underhand for some reason.

LEELULUMPKIN
This is what's worrying me now. I think some of them must have left - I can't tell if it's just the household members left now. I'm not totally sure how many people live there, but they definitely like their raucous parties with lots of people over - last one was within the last week. Myself and another neighbour knocked to ask them to turn it down a bit and there was almost a physical fight.
I'm a bit scared of them, I live alone, and worried about provoking something and being stuck in lockdown so close to them, when presumably the police will be really busy and not attend if they harass me.
Going to see if there's a way to report online.

How many are there OP? Do you actually know?

Are they all from different households?

I am having a 50th birthday party on Saturday night.

Just the people I am self isolating with and the rest online. We may make a bit of noise.

Would hate for the police to waste their time when what we are doing is perfectly OK.

Why are you telling us? You should be ringing the police on 101.

Be the responsible one and do your bit to ensure social distancing rules are maintained.

I expect if you do not call the police soon someone else will.

A group of people in their 20s in Kentucky had a coronavirus party last week.

Now at least one is in the hospital with covid and the rest are panicking.

I'd honestly call the police. What's the point in thousands of us self isolating and socially distancing ourselves if utter twats think they can flout it?

Call 101

You can message some police forces through Facebook messenger. Not recommended for emergency situations though of course

Voice0fReason · 26/03/2020 22:56

You might be able to report it online - check your police force website

Another vote for the police. Non emergency number, obviously. But yeah, this is the kind of shit they need to crack down on.

Police. People have been given plenty of warning not to have gatherings. It's been explained why they can't have gatherings, they are choosing to ignore. They deserve to be prosecuted - it's a breach of public health.

No really - phone the police.
