I would go with the later date when you can, they can always adjust it down with a dating scan.

dusty last time they went of when I thought I'd conceived because I hadn't had a period... very tempted to tell them I've not had af seen as I'm bf.

I haven't even rang the gp. Can't even remember what I did last time.
I move house a week on friday. I might even wait until then to call them so I don't run the risk of them sending stuff to my old address. They don't book in until 10 weeks and I'm prob only 4 weeks now. 5 tops.

Hiding, I also now have the same dilemma as you re what to tell my GP, as ovulating so late really throws out my dates. EDD by date of cd1 is 26 Feb, but by ov date (which I'm confident of) is 9 March. That 2 week difference is quite important.

I'm leaning towards telling them my cycle started two weeks later so that I'm not scheduled for a scan too early, as I agree with you that I would rather not be found to be earlier on than anticipated. Hmmm, really not sure what to do (and feel a bit silly thinking about it now, given I am only 10 dpo!)

To add to the end of month rush, I got a couple of faint lines this afternoon! I'm 10 dpo. It's been a very weird cycle for me as I didn't ov until cd26, when normally it is cd17 (god, I love opks for the ability to test these things!). I was thinking that perhaps I didn't actually ov and just had a late surge, assumed I was out for the month, but had no idea when af would be due.

However the last couple of days I've had familiar stretching pains and "implantation" pains that I recognised from when I got my BFP with DS, so I thought I should test. No other symptoms though. I can't quite believe it. Just hope it sticks...

BFP :)
was a BFN on the 20th (which is when AF was 4 days late)
first day of cycle was 19th May, so maybe I just ovulated late.
Is it bad that I feel like lying when i ring dr's to say i'm pregnant so that they don't think i'm further on than I think I am. Id rather find out i'm a little further on than not far enough.
still gonna be watching out for more bfp's to come join me! fingers crossed you lot come join me soon!!!

I got a bfn when I last tested and mentioned it here...but now I think I've just got a faint line. Ivery only tested coz af came back but it was really light and only lasted 2 days. Dh says he's gonna go buy me a digital one.says he can't wait for early morning wee for me to test again.

Sorry haveacupoftea it sucks doesn't it. I feel exactly the same. Next month I'm determined to distract myself and not symptom spot. AF due today and haven't tested again since thurs. I really don't think I am pregnant and just going to wait for AF now. No point wasting money on tests. Going to spend it on a clear blue digital opk instead!
