Anybody else due to test around 24th January?

Hi,

I had Implanon removed end of November, have had one period since and am currently on day 16. TTC #2. Used some OPKs over the weekend which were positive on Sunday and Monday morning so assuming I ovulated Sun or Mon perhaps tho this was my first time using them properly.


Anyone else due to test around the same time who wants to share (possibly non-existent!) symptoms? :)

Buffy, thanks I hadn't heard of that book so definitely something to look into. I haven't been monitoring either but maybe I should start!

I know I said I wad signing off. Just wanted to thank you all. My bloods r not good. They are going to remove the ovary. They have told me there is solid growth. Hopefully it is benign.

Sorry to hear that Ialabaloo. I found the Zita West fertility and conception book really useful for looking up relevant dates in long cycles. Started monitoring using that info. Don't know if you've already read it.

Wishing you all the best secretly. I really hope treatment goes well and they manage to drain / reduce the cyst and growth. I had a ruptured cyst on my ovary 2 years ago.

Just. Got back from scan n it not good news: they have found a cyst and a growth on my left ovary. So this is me signing off. Good luck congratsulations and lots of baby dust for the bfns. Congratulations buggy I'm pleased for you

Thanks to you both for the well wishes. I'm still in hospital. Tomorrow I should get my ultrasound scan. Kinda gutted as I know there won't be good news in there. There's always other months. Gotta keep smiling. Sorry just feeling sorry for myself and homesick. Haven't seen my ds since Friday, although I did get to read him a bedtime story over the phone last night.

are we having another thread for next month around? I figure I will be due to test on Feb 18th if AF doesn't get me first (that's 28 days after last AF though most recent gaps have been 21 and 25 days respectively).

wishinandahopin stay positive. I had a -ve result a week ago, about 2 days before my period was due and then got a BFP yesterday! Used the First Response 6 days early test the 1st time, so much for that.

Thanks bluecrane I'm still in hospital with a bigger fatter negative. Bloodshed and urine are -ve. Good job really as. I'm on morphine. I'm going for a scan soon x x

Ohh i see unicorn i been having symptoms but urine keeps coming back negative so nurse took blood last week but the results wont be back until next week

So theres still hope fingers crossed xx

yes. Been getting LFP for week or so and GP won't refer me on that so asked for bloods but GP says she won't do it for another week. When I was pregnant with DS the only way I got referred was after confirmation from bloods as HPTs don't tend to work very well with my body but that was 6 yrs ago at a different GP

Went to GP. She says that she isn't allowed to send me for blood test till AF is a week late at least. It's due tomorrow so she's told me to POAS on sun and take a photo of the result to show her next week.
