Does anyone have a high number of chronic health issues to manage?
I have pcos, thalassaemia trait, endometriosis stage 4, moderate adenomyosis, postural tachycardia syndrome, mast cell activation syndrome/ interstitial cystitis, probable Ehlers danlos (seems likely due to the Mcas/pots). Also migraines with aura diagnosed asthma too.
How much would lifestyle play a part (I have three youngish kids and one with ASD/SEN.. although I suspect the others maybe have challenges too)… We live a hectic lifestyle - kids clubs, work etc… has anyone made a complete lifestyle change to get their conditions under control?
For us a lifestyle change would mean moving away from London… but all my specialist health teams are in our excellent local hospital. So that’s something to bear in mind.
I guess I’m wondering if anyone’s been in this position before and found reducing stress has made a big different when you are managing / juggling so many health conditions?
Thanks 😊🙏
