Nanny needed in Reading Uni area from 01 May or so please

I'm looking for a caring and fun nanny from 01 May 2006, 30 hours a week, ideally Mon/Tues/Wed. For 2 lovely girls plus new baby due in June-an almost 2 year old, 3.5 yr old who will be at kindergarden in school term time only and will need before and after school care. Sole charge from August/September or so.
Nanny experience not essential, but would want someone with childcare experience.
