Car seat moving slightly when attached to pram chassis?

Does anyone else's car seat move slightly when it's attached to a pram chassis using universal adapters?

I have a Cosatto travel system and Maxi-Cosy Cabriofix car seat. Cosatto have sold me the universal adapters which allow you to fix the Cabriofix car seat to the chassis. However I have noticed that when the car seat is sitting in them, it can be rocked slightly. I don't mean it wobbles about, more that it would move a little as you put baby in and out. I'm not sure if this is normal, because it is a carseat sitting on two prongs essentially - so sort of logical there'd be some movement. Or if it means it's unsafe. I have jiggled it about and the carseat won't fall off when it's attached to them. Has anyone else found this, and does it mean the combination is safe or not?

Mine did that. But it was a Cybex on an Armadillo chassis.
