Calorie-counting

From 72kg to 67/68kg so far...

I've lost about 4kg or 5kg since January and the scales the past couple of days have been about 67/68kg. I don't think it looks like I've lost weight though! I'm eating around 1200 a day during the week. When will I start to look thinner? I'm disappointed as feel I've really changed up my eating!

You have done amazing, you are hoing from a similar weight to me, wish I had lost that amount. You will start to notice it in your clothes first.

are you very short? I think it’s very hard to see 4kg WL on a not very short body because it will be spread over your whole body from top to toe! It wasn’t till I had lost about 10kg people started making comments to me. But use a tape measure that will tell you how many inches you are losing.

I've lost 11lb since January.. I can notice it in my clothes and feel generally slimmer but only 2 people have commented that I've lost weight so far. Still have a few pound to go. Lots of people probably don't want to comment on peoples weight.
There is a saying.. .in 2 weeks you'll feel it, in 4 weeks you'll see it, in 8 weeks you'll hear it! (I think that's it!)

I have been following a vegan diet an doing my fitness pal for 2 weeks and have lost a princely 1 1b. I do lose weight very slowly. However, I feel well and my digestion is better. The benefits of the vegan diet for me is that I can't eat any chocs or snacks at work because they aren't vegan.
