TDEE and BMR

Hi, hoping someone can help as I'm getting so confused with this.
My TDEE is 2200 and BMR is 1834, been advised to eat between 1900 and 2000 for a loss, but not go below my BMR. At the moment I'm on 1950
Now I log everything in my Fitbit app, aiming for 1950 daily. Today I've eaten 1871 calories and it's telling me I'm over budget, which I understand as it's been my non-exercising day, and a bit of a slow day all around.

My question is, as long as I stick to my 1950 am I still in a defecit regardless of how many calories I've burned? (I try not to gauge too much on them as it's all done through my fitbit and probably not 100% accurate)
Thanking you lovely wise people x

I don't take any notice of the Kcals on MFP for exercise. Just stick to the kcal goal you have given yourself or it has given you and you will be fine.
