latch help after using shields

Hi, any words of wisdom welcomed!

Ds 9 wks, tongue tie cut at 9 days, birth trauma, osteopath, expressed & bottle fed for 4 wks then onto boob thereafter with a shield...back story done....phew!

Now showing an interest in feeding without shields (at last!) But I think our latch needs work as ds has had hiccups after feeding. Can't get to RL group til Monday, any advice in meantime? Am taking him off & relatching but seems to go back on the same. Dirty nappies not changed, but lots of farting going on! (Him, not me)

Thank you! He's taken a shield this morning. My post also reads oddly re the nappy.... What I mean is we haven't had any green frothy ones!

Glad the farting not you, that's a relief!

Not got any advice sorry but wanted to say well done for perservering.

Hopefully someone will be along soon...
