Good idea Frank. Love the name btw.

MiniJeff has moved. Something is sticking in my ribs. In other news I am becoming addicted to fruit pastille ice lollies. I have at least one a day.

Right...I could try to do the thread but I don't know who to take off/add. I don't wish to offend anyone!

Was fine. Boss lovely. Told other boss as well who had twins at an older age who has told me to come back whenever - "there's nothing I haven't been through to have kids"

Sob.

New fred needed. I also can't. I've already jinxed everything by telling approximately 2/3 of my acquaintances (or so it seems) already.

You will be fine sinky honestly. It's never ever an ideal time to have a baybee, and I know you've put months into this but you've put years into TTCing. You'll take some leave, but you'll come back with a fresh perspective on things. Money-wise, I'm concerned too (though more about paying for childcare) but people on far lower incomes manage. We will too. Good luck for this morning.

Ladies. Hold my hand. I've got to tell my boss today. At 10. It's going to be horrible.

I'm moving into a research post in sept. together we've spent months getting the funding, time out of training for me, setting it all up. For a 2 year post.

And now I've got to tell him I'm pregnant. And I've not even seen the bloody heart beat yet.

I think I'll have to give him all the sordid, ironi-diff details so he doesn't think I'm some irresponsible girly.

And... I change employer in sept for this reason. So no work matty pay. £128 a week?.... Sigh.

Please. It'll all be ok, right? I could still do this, right??

I cried at the Van Morrison song "days like this", remembering the anti-terrorism ads it used to be used for in Northern Ireland, in the gloriously optimistic days post IRA ceasefire.

I don't either! I've had some period like pain and thought it might be something like that! Has stopped for now so maybe it was just a stomach thing!

GrinGrinGrin at Dor's sex music!!

If we're sharing, since 12 weeks we've probably had more sex than in the past year. Not sure if its the preggo hormones or just because we can finally have SFF. Either way it's great.

Pink I can empathise with the random crying. I had an emotional moment earlier just because I was 'having such a nice day' - said whilst sobbing & eating an ice cream at the same time.

I don't really understand Braxton Hicks. How do you know when you get them?

Sex us making us laugh a lot just now...the mechanics are hilarious! Despite all the threads advising to the contrary good old him on to us working the best...last time we tried me on top I near flattened the poor boy and he had to interrupt me to tell me he could not breathe Blush
On the spirit of over share...I had quite intense tummy cramps last night in bed but only low down one side, I had a bit of a bathroom problem this morning and have had cramps on and off today but no more, erm, bathroom trips. What's going on do we think? I can't decide between dicky tummy or mild Braxton.
Mr df has also just found me crying in the bath for absolutely no reason whatsoever...that is not like me at all, the only thing I could put my finger on was a realisation that I couldn't reach my toes and the fact he was bring so lovely earlier today playing with my niece when usually he avoids kiddie and an overwhelming sense if being lucky and happy. Our I'm going nuts.
Shit.

We've not done it since the time I think we conceived either frank. Tbh as much as I like sex, it's nice to not have to... Plus at the moment I'd stab him in the eye if he got too close to my nipples.

Er, I don't think we've actually had sex since we conceived Blush. In our defence just afterwards we spent 2 weeks apart and now, as Twinks says, it's too hot and I'm too queasy!

Arf @ Dor's arse!

Grin

Joining in with the overshare - the last time we had sex, I got the preseed out then we did it on his side. I rolled back to mine and straight onto the uncapped tube, leaving a novel wet patch on my side of the bed.

Its been weeks since we've had a shag. Too darned hot. We should have been SWI'ing this week...

This may be TMI but I am still chuckling about it.

Sex post-baby is usually a quick 'oh-come-on-then-if-we-want-another-one-we-had-better-do-it' but mid bounce last night I burst into a fit of giggles when all I could hear was some terrible plickety plonkety music coming from beneath my arse.

It would appear that The Little Mister's toy mobile phone had made its way into our bed and my arse had successfully pressed the right buttons.

Why's it called the not list?

I am knackered after traipsing across London to visit a friend and her twins. They are lovely but energetic little things, and you have to be quick to stop them eating grass and twigs in the park.

Jeff I'm sure BabyJeff will behave him/herself (do you know?) and stay in that nice cosy womble for a while yet. Have you got much stuff bought?

Do we need to start the new thread with a not list? I know we've been asked to remove some people so maybe we should keep the list shorter? Anyway ...

I don't mind starting it.

Was at a BBQ this afternoon. SSG's friends had their second child at 32 weeks - that's 3 weeks away for me! I'm not ready for that to happen! BabyJeff needs to chill out for a while longer.
