LIP TIE??

My little girl has silent reflux and CMPA. She's on neocate (5wks) and 4.5ml lansoprazole (6wks) from birth she has been unsettled, fussy, crying unless asleep. She is HARD WORK, and to be honest there's moments of regret (even though she was a MUCH wanted baby) she was born at 38w due to IUGR so was only 5lbs 4oz when born, she's now 12 weeks and 10lbs, feeding is a nightmare, bottle fed as couldn't latch onto breast and has 1-2oz at a time, little and often, clicks with the bottle, gulps, coughs, chokes (I was told this was due to SR)

She was showing signs of teething, as I went to put some gel on her upper gums I noticed I couldn't due to her lip being in the way.

Could this be a lip tie? If so, HOW do I resolve this? As I know NHS are reluctant.

LIP TIE??

It could be lip tie although I'm far from an expert. What I do know though is that it is extremely rare to have a lip tie without also having tongue tie, although not unheard of.

Do her symptoms sound anything like this?
