Ill baby?

Hello,

I have a 3 month old baby and she's been a bit off for the last few days. She's been really sensitive and has a bit of a rash on her tummy. The last few days she's got a bit sniffly as well along with a few green poos. She's breastfed. She's not constantly sad, just a bit more extra sensitive when she is. She doesn't seem to have a fever either.
Do you think its just something I should give her a bit of calpol and see how she is? I know it could be teething or just a bit of a cold, but wasn't sure if it could be anything else.

I would always take such a little baby with a rash to be checked tbh
The fact that you've posted here makes me think your worried
