I think you have ventured into 'Mumsnet' when actually you should have found another site (whats the name of that chap, Kyle something?).

".....but i see none of u comment on your kids names do u prob they just as bad as mine ..."

as "bad" as your childrens names?!

does that mean that you don't even like them?!

Mishmash, I presumed Kenzie was your daughter because it seems more in the style of sophie than Nicholas if that makes sense to you; two syllabled and pretty.

Nicholas is a solid classic, and it just wouldn't have occured to me that two brothers would have such different names.

My children are Richie and Margot, but I couldn't give a rats if people hate them or not!! But just to satisfy your curiosity.

DOn't type in caps, that's just a forum thing, not particular to mumsnet!

I was joking mishmash, that is what the wink means . I think you should have a look round the other threads and get a feel for MN. Its the agreesive tone, capitals and text speak that has got peoples backs up. You are welcome to call your children whatever you like and I don't feel the need to proffer my opinion.
Enjoy mumsnet.

Mish are you sure you are old enough to have children dear?

FWIW I think Mackenzie is a lovely name for both boys and girls it's my little cousins name (female) and she is shortened to Kenzie over the years, I know a boy called MacKezie and he has been shortened to Mac. Both are cute.

Sophie and Nicholas are nice I prefer Nick though. At the end of the day they are your children and as long as you/DH and children are happy then what's the problem?

My sons name is apparently chav and ery common but I like it so screw 'em all is what I say

mishmash - your aggressive tone is not on for a Monday morning.

You are winding people up! Why not go and namechange and start again as I am sure you are a nice person really.

I like Nicolas and Sophie but Kenzie is not my cup of tea.

I think everyone was laughing at ure attitiude rather than your sons name.
If you like your kids names then thats all that matters,it doesn't/shouldn't matter what anyone else thinks.
And noone else feels the need to tell everyone what their kids names are because they are happy they have chosen them and don't need opinions.
If you like your kids names, why ask if anyone else likes them?
Your kids names are very nice by the way, not my choice but that really doesn't matter!

This has got to be the oddest thread I have read for a while.

Since you were asking though, I like Sophie and Nicholas. Not sure about Kenzie but if you like it thats all that matters.

But why are you asking?
