Too out there? Or just ridiculous? Grin

I've started liking this name for a girl.

Ludicrous. Though I do like the orange ones.

Also looks like reveal, which isn’t great.

If you are going to use the name it is traditionally spelled with 2 L's.

No.
Rebel, though...

I don't normally like out there (made up?) names but I quite like it. However I think the reaction re the sweets would be a major issue as evidenced here.

What about Romilly as a substitute?

I'm open to more 'interesting' names but Revel for me would definitely be a boy's name.

Revels are lovely! I always take a bag to the cinema

This was my first thought too Grin. I remember the advert where they had a weird revel eating competition... Everyone either loves or hates the coffee and orange. I love coffee but hate orange and my best friend is the other way around so we used to hold our own competition at lunch time Grin.

Haven’t had revels for years, want some now. As you were...

Would Godiva or Prestat be a bit more classy?

And it’s even worse than Pepper!

Give your child an actual name, FGS!

I’d go for Lindor, much classier.
