Mental health questions what do you need to disclose

Not sure this is the right place to post but when pregnant. In terms of mental health what do you have to disclose and what would you be asked? For example is it as in have you had anxiety or depression in the last 6 months or a year or ever?

Yes they ask you i. You disclose what you want but don't worry about telling them you've had depression. It just means they will offer you support as if you are prone to depression you are probably more likely to get PND.
