Labour won't commit to Tory childcare plan!

I was so hoping to vote Labour in this election but how can I when they won't be clear on their childcare plan! I know there are problems with the Tory plan but it has saved over £400 this month! Are they trying to lose the election or AIBU unreasonable and worrying over nothing and Labour will have a plan? On paper DH and I earn well but 2k a month was killing us!
