My disaster of food intake

I need to feel better about myself.
Started my day off okayish with a small bowl of special k with half a banana.
I worked with no break so I've snacked a lot...
Pepperami
Cheesestring
Malteasers (a whole share bag oops!)
2 packets of Fridge raiders Chicken bites
Strawberry Yogurt bites

So for dinner I literally had a mug of marmite and hot water and a coffee a bit later

Feeling rather yuck now

Forget it and move on, tomorrow is another day! But you need to up your protein to feel fuller and also have lots of fruit and veg

Not great nutritionally but that doesn't seem like loads of calories. I'm sure it's fine for one day. I'd be starving myself!

Maybe just don't buy that sort of rubbish in the first place then it won't be available to snack on. Or is that too obvious

One way of thinking about food is in terms of output - what kind of poo will it give you? Your day's food would likely give you sticky, stinky poo without enough volume.

You need more fibre for bulk, and less sugary processed stuff. I'm not surprised you feel shit.

Why not try overnight oats for breakfast, wrap plus something for lunch, sensible dinner with lots of veg, fruit and oatcakes for snacks?

Hard boil eggs at night and take them to work as snacks. Take some washed grapes.

I had a day like that last week. Purely hormonal eating. It's a blip OP, you'll probably fancy healthier food again tomorrow x

I can beat you! I had a challenging day at work, full on for 12 hours. I've eaten a bag of smartie mini eggs....now I've come in and eaten some chocolates (because I apparently have not had enough chocolate today). I've not had dinner yet because I can't be bothered..... It's almost Easter, I therefore think having chocolate as my only food group is totally fine.

A normal day for me would be cereal and fruit, yogurt or toast for breakfast.
Salad, soup, wrap, pitta, yogurt for lunch with some fruit and crisps.
Dinner would normally be a proper meal with protein carbs and veg.
So tomorrow is another day I guess.
Can never stay away from a the processed bits with kids in the house and of course a bit of choc
