To wonder how marrying a conjoined twin works (legally)?

Reading that conjoined twin Abby Hensel married this week and keep wondering if this means her husband has actually married two women? The sisters seem to have led an incredible life and both are teachers. But this also made me wonder how that works as they are employed by different schools but work FT?! I clearly have too much time on my hands but I find it all really intriguing😭
