To think loose women is awful

I'm not a regular watcher, happened to be on today when I was feeding my baby and couldn't reach the remote.

I couldn't help but think it really is bloody awful. Four women swooning over men. Would be completely inappropriate if it was a panel of four men doing the same to one women. They then discussed wether the the name 'grandma' is offensive whilst one of them dressed in a headscarf, cardigan and had knitting needles in her hand

They also discussed the Wayne Rooney saga and as is the case any other time I've caught some of it, they just go over and over their own marriage break downs etc. Is there really nothing else they could put on the tv!?

When it first started it was actually engaging and quite intelligent. It’s an absolute embarrassment now .

Hi, I really hate Loose Women, I think it is a really awful and a really stupid show, and I really hate Linda Robson.

I have often wondered what the title of this show sounds like for people who can't spell lose and spell it loose.

Do they think the show is called Lews Women or Luce Women

@UrbanRambler I remember house party my mum used to watch. Used to like Linda Robson but she's turned into a coarse bitter old hag and boy does she bang on about her kids constantly shut up !!

As for Stacey Solomon she is not exactly the cleverest out there but people like her. She has built a brand off being nice but dim and her and Frankie give a younger women's view and have a large fan base.

I think its a terrible way to voice a younger woman's view, personally. The show is called loose women ffs.

Channe4l but yes loads better shame its off for the summer.
Loose women is utterly drivel they had Charlene' white the news reader on for a while I liked her. I won't slag them off because that would be as bad as them, but Nadia makes me want to throw things at the telly.

Steph such a down to earth kind funny . Watch her everyday since she started she has some great regular guests too . Love her accent and clothes 😻

The bullying episode I missed being at work but watching afterwards I found vile. I do not like Kim, she has always come across as pompous and rude but she was a guest on the show and should have been treated with respect like any other. Colleen Nolan behaved disgracefully and shouldn't have come back to the show.

It started off well with a mixture of journalists to spearhead the debates and celebrity types to give an alternative, layman's view. You then got more and more z list celebrities on it to appeal to a younger demographic. I think they are trying to claw it back with a mixture of journalists again (Kaye Adams, Janet Street Porter, Jane Moore , Ranvir Singh and Charlene White) and a more diverse set up so the views aired are not just those of middle aged white women.

As for Stacey Solomon she is not exactly the cleverest out there but people like her. She has built a brand off being nice but dim and her and Frankie give a younger women's view and have a large fan base.

I catch some of it now and again on my days off and take it for what it is, lighthearted drivel. If I'm not keen on the panel for that day I'll switch over.

Blimey - just saw the video clip on bullying. Ugh. I didn't watch BB so no idea what the bullying was like - but the panel behaviour was shocking. Clearly treated it as a joke and it was a panel 'stacked' against her.

Stopped watching it a very long time ago. That Coleen Nolan woman - utterly vile. Obsessed with promoting herself - everything ends up about her, whatever and whoever is being talked about. Why the hell is she on TV - she's not famed for her brain, talent or achievement. Don't get it. (If she didn't talk about her sisters illnesses, sons' sex life, ex husbands goings on - she'd have nothing else to say)

I can see some postives for Loose Women. It reminds me that cleaning out the drains is both more enjoyable and useful than watching it, ditto admin of which there is an awful lot for me right now.

The levels of stupid on there are off the scale. They really need to stick to women's problems and celebrity gossip. Their lack of understanding of politics would be funny if it wasn't at times dangerous particularly in relation to covid. Some of their 'opinions' are so far removed from the facts, it's truly frightening.

I'm sure she's lovely in real life but she is NO tv presenter.
Ditto her other half Joe Swash.
They do make a lovely couple though

I like watching the fairly intelligent Ruth and Jane Moore, and while I never agreed with her much Carole McGiffin was a good watch.
The worst one on there was Stacey Solomon, with her unfortunate attributes of being both thick and gobby with it.
