Back in the 80s I went to a nightclub that had sand on the floor and was meant to be a beach. Very odd dancing in that along side fags and glasses etc.

I might be ok, if you could see it without all the furniture, and dreadful clutter of odd and mismached oddments all around.. The price sounds good, But is this in a area that reflects a lowish price.

I would hate all the cleaning of a place like this though.It would be a never ending job with that kind of layout.
