I have just received the resignation of a colleague. Someone who I absolutely detest and cannot abide working with as they are a bully through and through.

I was getting close to the point of thinking I may tender my resignation after Christmas, and now I don't have to!

I think a lot of people pray for the day the office bully ups and leaves.

I know I did and I’d have also been delighted.

Bloody office bully followed me. I think I’d inspired her to apply for others jobs after I got my new job. She’s left the company all together now though thankfully

Honestly the relief is massive! I work from home, but this one individual has made the whole 18 months of my time working in the sector pretty awful, and I LOVE the job.

There is a known problem with bullying in the sector I work in and this is just a small victory!!
