AIBU?

To feel the rage!

My 'D'H has royally messed up! I have just arrived home to find him in the kitchen cooking a fry up for dinner. I had just spent the afternoon daydreaming about the takeaway we are supposed to be ordering! Apparently he "forgot " so I have to wait until tuesday. This will have to be rushed as the DC have activities on tuesday. So I will not get to enjoy the takeaway with a bottle or two of wine.

So now I am sulking on the sofa! My evening plans have been ruined by my selfish husband. So AIBU to plot his death? (Obviously light hearted)

Haha you sound a lot like myself.
If you want to know what I'd do, I'd order a takeaway for myself anyway and do what was planned. Bugger him 😂

I think I'd rather starve than eat a fry up for dinner. And on a Saturday too Sad

You can still have the wine though (while you plot his unfortunate untimely demise) Grin

Wine with a fry up just isn't the same, I may have a tantrum and make him go to McDonald's and buy me a mcflurry as compensation obviously.

Just order your own take away and drink the wine.

No, don't plot his death, but DO put laxatives in his lunch tomorrow

Order yourself a takeaway.

A fry up when you want it is perfect but very gross when you don’t!

I know Bum, I would be quite happy with a fry up for dinner. Obviously, there would have to be bubble and squeak or hash browns to make it a "proper dinner"
That said, if you don't fancy it, you don't have to eat it.
DP quite often likes to treat me to a nicer virgin of what I have asked for dinner, I asked him for a Mcdonalds breakfast once for my birthday and he came home with fucking smoked salmon and champagne. Fucking thunder cunt.

OMG, I've spent all afternoon batch cooking, but DIDN'T THINK TO DO A FRY UP to have with my wine. I hate myself. Really hate myself. Gaaah! If I could LTB that is me I bloody well would.

I ate the fry up. It was very disappointing, the bacon was salty and he overcooked the hash browns. I am deffo going to LTB

A fry up for Saturday night dinner? That’s beyond strange. But at least he bothered to cook. It’s still early. You can have wine and cheese and biscuits later WineSmile

Why couldn't you order a takeaway?

You could always have a takeaway for breakfast.
